Anyone see that CoinGecko is notifying users of a data breach?
Although passwords were NOT exposed, user’s names, emails, IP addresses, and other metadata like sign-up date and plan details were stolen by the attackers.
So, beware of phishing attacks!
Beware! Attackers will use this data to phish victims.
I got that email. Now the crooks have a list of people interested in crypto, so they can target us. There are too many hacks like this happening. Santander and Ticketmaster got hit recently and that will be many millions of people.
