"Dan Larimer is notoriously difficult to work with and hasn't finished a project yet."
Why would this guy point the finger at what he deems unconstructive behavior and then do it himself?
To me, "questionable reasons" sounds exactly on point here.
It's just a sign that people like Dan are really focused at something big that they couldn't achieve yet. What we should see are their products. If it's work, leave it as work. Dan is not there to pamper any person but his work.
