The CEO of the world's largest currency exchange site, Binance, said that "he hopes other people will follow in his footsteps", his decision to donate all of the token / coin registration fees to charity, after the sudden announcement on Monday, 8 October 2018.

According to the announcement, Binance will not only donate all these costs for charitable purposes aimed at "greater goodness", but also allow developers themselves to mention the amount they pay, without demanding a minimum fee.

"Binance will continue to use the same high standards to process the list review," continued the announcement.

"Large donations do not guarantee or affect the results of the review process of our list."

Confirming news from Twitter, Binance's CEO, Changpeng Zhao ended a period of controversy surrounding Binance, where industry sources and users alike criticized the Binance platform for costs that were thought to be too high for developers to register their coins.

In August, Christopher Franko, creator of the Blockchain platform ans Expanse ’, uploaded to social media to show Binance representatives asking for 400 BTC (worth $ 2.6 million ASD) for their token registration fees.

While Zhao later claimed that the material was fake, he argued that it was the quality of the assets that reached the recording process, avoiding details about the structure of the mysterious list of Binance fees.

"We don't list shitcoins even if they pay 400 or 4,000 BTC," Zhao said in a tweet to reply to Franko, noting that the exchange had registered several major assets without charging:

"... The question is not‘ some Binance fees to register? 'But ‘Is my coin good enough?' Not a fee, it's your project! Focus on your own project! "

Binance is currently the largest crypto exchange site in the world with daily trading volume, seeing around $ 806.5 million in trading during the last 24 hours of press time.
