I see great potential in this project.
First of all the hard cap is small considering the current market situation at ICOs. Project has already some work done in the past - roadmap starts from Q2 2015.
40% of tokens will be sold during the Public Token Sale - that is normal. 15% of tokens generated to Effect AI team are locked for 24 months by smart contract. Maximum investment is capped by 25k EUR that will prevent from whales.
