What will be the relationship between EOS and ETH

in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

It seems that some of you are disappointed when you are funded by ETH based on EOS and Etherium Smart Contr. But I have a slightly different idea.

Advantages of ETH funding

I think there are two reasons. 1) It is possible to transparent and automate funding through smart contracts. 2) It is easily listed on KRX because it is an ERC-20 token. 3) It has high accessibility to people compared to other smart contract platforms. This has great advantages in meeting EOS 's token policy, "Broad Awareness, Fair and Auditable Incoming Value", but also making it fast and efficient.

Will ETH and EOS compete or collaborate?

There is an interesting posting. Link If you look at the photos shown here,

EOS can run ETH inside a single contract ;)

It says. Specifically,

For clarity, each smart contract is implemented in Web Assembly which can process messages. The messages could be ethereum transactions which could be passed to an EVM which uses the EOS database as its key/value store. All of this should be able to execute at 30 TPS or better.

I am currently confirming it, but it seems to be understood that there are many kinds of Smart Contour languages on the EOS, and that one of them may become EVM. That is, Wren on EOS and EVM on EOS. My personal expectation is that EOS will go with EVM and Ether in the beginning. However, if Wren on EOS is faster and more efficient, I suspect that some EVM-based smart tracks may move to EOS.

ETH funding is about Germany

Let's get back to funding again. I was impressed with the picture of @tuck-fheman.

ETH funding in EOS is a reasonable choice. Of course, in the short term, you might raise the price of ETH, but the selling pressure that comes from selling ICO quantities in order to raise development funds will also go to ETH. In any case, I think EOS can take a bold and aggressive strategy. Attempts to take advantage of their own funds by being funded as a token of the platform they are thinking of competing with, as well as attracting their funds and interests, can not be done without the confidence.

Of course, the above is my personal opinion. I hope there will be lots of active discussions ^^

Excellent take on the situation. You may be interested in my post on how to play the EOS ICO: https://steemit.com/eos/@wolfofcrypto/eos-initial-thoughts-on-how-to-play-the-eos-ico

It could be me but joining the EOS crowd seems limited to people who have the ability to understand all this ETH magic. There does not seem to be an easy way of participating in the EOS launch.

It would be helpful if someone could write a simple and effective tutorial on this.

Yes, everything crypto is usually for techies so far. Even the ICOs and the final products many times.

Giving you a late resteem for this excellent sum up.

Thank you for posting!

Wow... I think I should invest in EOS only by reading this short writing. Haha
