Substratum [SUB]
Substratum is a very interesting project I stumbled upon recently. It finished its ICO last month below the radar of many and is currently trading below ICO price on EtherDelta. It has not been listed on any other exchanges yet, but is in the lead of winning the voting spot for Binance:

What does it do?
Described as "The decentralized web", it is basically a web hosting service on the blockchain, where content hosters pay in Substratum, it can be viewed from most traditional browsers and host nodes can earn Substratum by providing hosting power (e.g. over night when your PC is not in use). Their roadmap includes further features like decentralized video streaming and an integrated Paypal-like payment platform "CryptoPay". You can currently sign up as Beta tester for the platform!
The Team
The team consists of a group of very experienced developers and are credible ideologists. Although from different backgrounds and companies, combined they have been working on projects for clients like Apple, facebook, Disney, hp and more.
They care about their community and give regular updates on the progress of the project. Because of the unexpected price drop after the ICO, they decided to burn parts of their own tokens to help their value rise.
Here, the lead developer burns 60,000,000 (at the current price ~5,000,000 USD!) of tokens:
All in all the project seems really interesting and undervalued at the moment. I just picked a few tokens up to support the great libertarian ideology behind it! What is your opinion on the project?

Awesome project
Substratum is AWESOME, it's already doubled in value and it's about to be listed on BINANCE!
Well it crashed from 8c down to 1c after ICO and is now back up above ICO price. So you could say it went x10 in the last few weeks. But yes I agree, the project is promising and it looks like they will win the Binance vote
This project seems really promising. I listed to a podcast by one of the creators, caught my interest. They have a solid mission. Value has steadily increased on etherdelta and I expect it to follow this trend more dramatically on binance. Vote for it at binance.com/vote.html

What do you think is Substratum a pump and dump project? Since DataDash got massively paid by developers to pump the coin? As well as some other crypto influencers that were not disclosing this. I am interested to hear your opinion on this.
Advertising is what a great project needs if it is paid or not paid. Team, marketing, and there aim for Net Neutrality kind attracts me though thanks for introducing it to me Data Dash.
