Let me start by saying that I trust Genesis Mining history of 3 years of clean work, but I don't like the way they dealt with the latest issue they have faced calling a (High purchase demand), then a (Maintenance issue) or a(Technical issue), before they finally call it a (Hack)!!
Second:
In the beginning, they said they will pay the accumulated payouts all at once, then they said that they will pay the accumulated payouts twice per day, while what actually happened is their customers got only one payout since this issue started, and this payout is not in full, or even twice payouts a day as they stated, but just only one payout covering 7-21st payout!!

Finally: I hope Genesis Mining can deal with this issue in a better way as delayed payouts are considered a contract violation from their side, and they are not dealing with this issue is the best way yet!

Only 1 of my 2 coins has resumed. The first payment was 1/3 of an expected payment. Next day (today) received a near normal payment and no catchup payment.
