How I made 8.7% profit on my first trade with steem?
I still remember, after being scammed several times i had decided to trade some strong coins.
I then came up with the Poloniex exchange. But there were many strong coins listed and i was totally confused which one to trade.
I somehow select Steem coin. At that time without thinking much I select Ask Price which was 0.00045996 BTC and placed an order. My Buy order was filled within seconds. Yah! I bought Steem coins, I was happy.
Then exactly after 5 days on May 15, 2017, Steem coins were traded at almost 0.00049000 BTC, I thought this could be the nice time and I placed an order at 0.00050000 BTC and sold my Steem coins at 50000 Satoshi.
This was my first trading of the Steem coins.
Bought at: 0.00045996
Sold at: 0.00050000
Gain : 4004 Satoshi/ Steem coins
Percentage Profit: 8.7%
Before 1 year Poloniex was the #1 Exchange but with the problems such as holding withdraw and deposits, legal issues and other similar negative news, I think Poloniex is decreasing its trust.
But anyone now Steem can be exchanged on the following Exchange:
