Upon checking, the only exchange platform offering effect tokens is Bitbns. I am really not familiar about this platform. I think it would be better to buy it once it will be listed to huge exchanges like Bittrex and Binance.
I think Effect.ai will be more successful since DBC mainly focuses on computational power services alone.
