I think the reason DICE is up so much is mostly because of people paying insane amounts of ETH for it just by not knowing what they do. Look at the orderbook and you'll see someone fatfingered those buys.
Thats whats happening quite some times in etherdelta...
But I like DICE and will observe VERI, especially when it will be on a larger exchange.
