I'm also very fond of paper wallets and have kept bitcoin in cold storage this way for a long time.
Recently, I bought some Ethereum and I wanted to do the same with ETH storing it with a paper wallet.
I found a reddit thread linking to a github service

but I've been unable to 'generate' new addresses. Failed everytime.
Do you know of any resources for ETH paper wallets?
https://www.myetherwallet.com is decent plus their site is pretty decent for interacting with the Ethereum network.
Cheers, maybe I'll have a look at that soon as it seems like one of the better options if there are no viable paper wallet options currently ;)
