President Alexander Lukashenko signed the document which officially allow buy/sell/mine/exchange activities in the country. Companies or/and solo traders who are registered in the Park of advanced technologies (Analogue of a Silicon valley), are free from any type of taxation or fees till 2023. Also there will be no restrictions on mining for general public. National and private banks in the country will have consultations in regards to cryptocurrency operations.
Even Belarus is not a developed country with a post communist economy they decided to legalise cryptocurrencies, so the question is why developed countries like USA or Australia are trying to restrain cryptos.
