We have a lot of thoughts on Pivx at Crypto Briefing. I've reviewed several of the ZeroCoin and other privacy coin protocols. Our team looked into Grin pretty recently too. I like Pivx as a currency, but it's certainly not a get-rich investment that'll skyrocket, as you said. Of course, every crypto will skyrocket if someone manipulates the market the way Tether did with BTC to pull everything up. It's only a matter of time before mining companies, exchanges, or random Madoff schemes figure out a way to manipulate the crypto market.
