🗞 Bigger Blocks and Smarter Contracts: What's In Bitcoin Cash's Next Fork?
Bitcoin cash's next software upgrade may be even more ambitious than its first - and that's no small feat given last time it broke off from bitcoin in acrimonious fashion.
In fact, the update, announced in November and slated for May 15, packages together a number of features that all seem about helping the network process more transactions than the original bitcoin (while adding more variety to features). Perhaps most notably, the change will quadruple bitcoin cash's block size parameter from 8 MB to 32 MB, allowing for vastly more transactions per block.

Binance Signs Agreement With Bermuda Gov’t On $15 Mln Investment, Jobs
Premier and Minister of Finance of Bermuda David Burt signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Binance Group on Friday, Bernews reports April 27. The MOU establishes funding for educational programs related to fintech and blockchain startups.

🗞 PBoC Director Bullish On Blockchain, But Sees Potential In More Centralization
The director of the Institute of Digital Currency at the People's Bank of China (PBoC), Yao Qian, believes that while Blockchain has benefits, its shortcomings need to be resolved in order for it to “become the financial infrastructure of the future,” according to an opinion piece by Qian published by state-owned media outlet Yicai today, April 27.

🗞 The Crypto Community Must Use the Blockchain to Self-Police
Self-policing illicit activity on the blockchain may soon be a necessity for the cryptocurrency space.
The everyday cryptocurrency enthusiast in the future is likely to spend time identifying illicit wallets and transactions to avoid. The U.S. Treasury Department has made that inevitable.
A few weeks ago, Treasury quietly published additions to its FAQs section on the website for the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the unit which oversees U.S. economic sanctions. The language shows that OFAC is planning to include "digital currency" addresses on its Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) list.

In recent months it has been a steady font of good news for the ecosystem, with five figure price calls to predicting a very bright future, a crypto future. Resident guru Thomas Lee more-or-less foretold the current after tax season spike in prices when many others were decidedly bearish on the asset class. The firm recently surveyed a small group of institutional investors, and they appear to see cryptocurrencies poised for a breakout year. 🗞 EOS Price Reaches a new All-time High of $18.34
With so many things changing in the cryptocurrency world over the past few weeks. It is important to keep tabs on the different currencies accordingly. While Bitcoin and Ethereum are taking a temporary breather, the EOS price is still rising pretty quickly. Thanks to another overnight price gain, the EOS price now sits at just under $18.5. In fact, it is a new all-time high for this altcoin.

As you can see, the STEEM would like to do nice UP but this is the second time we are not able to stay upper than 4.20$
These fails created a double top and if we are not able to break this level soon, we should go back quickly on the support line around 3.65$. Let's see if we will have the needed volume to do that but at the time of this article, the Bitcoin is dropping so it is not helping for sure to break that double top.
