I've found a newish exchange called CoinEx. They are heavily supported by Bitmain ( do what you wish with that info).
Today they reached top 3 exchanges by volume. It happened as every quarter they are buying and burning CET, their own trading currency which helps you reduce trading fees. It also earns you passive income if you have at least 100 CET.
CET is not yet listed on CMC.
