Popular cryptocurrency exchange changeangel has just added a new coin. This new coin is Florin Coin, or $FLO. They call themselves a public record for recording history and building decentralized, permission-less applications.
As with all exchanges made on changeangel, a portion of the swap revenue goes back to the developers.
