If you then added up all of the grains of sand on each of those new 7 billion billion earths, you would finally get to an approximation of that number.
Nope, humans are really bad of thinking such large scale numbers since there has been no practical benefit for such activity; until now we have not had anything to count that far.
Million and billion are kind of imaginable when put to perspective with population of Earth or an country but above that, nah, not gonna bother my brains with such tasks 😅
