A few months ago i moved from Poloniex to Cryptopia, best decision ever. A lot faster and easier with the verification process, they have a chat where you can discuss, it looks a lot like poloniex before the crash, when they closed the chat, they made thinks more harder, freezing the market right before a boom so you could not sell or make profit.
