I have never tried it before, but I have been given to understand that it is quite complicated to withdraw cash from our accounts. Maybe your friend will change his mind the day you can show him how easy it is to transfer money from his account to his wallet. :-)
Oh it's super easy, especially with the fact it's all username based...So simple to do once you do it a few times :)
Ah, quite the different answer I got a while back from another steemian. It sounded so complicated. He admitted it is for those who does not know how it works. So, I told him I will wait for the day when they have simplified everything. 😊
