Cucumber is a very common thing and it has great health benefits. Because it is a rich source of vitamins.
Cucumber contains Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorus and Zinc.

I read it here and it was quite shocking for me..
