Yes exactly sir abitcoinskeptic. For most of us it was our parents or grandparents and even then I don't think that list would be realistic! It's entertaining though.
They still have finishing schools like this for the upper classes in a few conservative countries. Classy trophy wives in Russia and China come to mind.

I can see China but I wouldn't have thought Russia. Wow, makes me feel sorry for those women.
