Onam is beautiful celebration happening every year in Kerala, the southern part of India.
Onam brings out the best of Kerala culture and tradition and lasts for ten days. Intricately decorated Pookalam( flower dwcoration ), ambrosial Onasadya (delicious food), Pulikali ( tiger dance), Thiruvathira kali ( women's group dance), breathtaking Snake Boat Race and exotic Kaikottikali dance are some of the most remarkable features of Onam – the harvest festival in Kerala.

Pulikali is an art form performed as a part of onam celebration in which men colour themselves as tiger and do acts such as hunter and tiger etc.

This festival lasts for 10 days having many more art forms and activities.
