Welcome back for another week of philosophy and psychology curation. Each post will be upvoted from my own account as well as @msp-curation (except for one that is past payout, I'll upvote another post of his) and one will be selected to be resteemed from the official @minnowsupport account. Today I'll also be featuring dividers and a footer from the contest I recently held with my new MSP project. We're still selecting the winners, but you can check out all the awesome contributions in the comments on that post.

My first pick this week comes from @glittergirl. She discusses the concept of choosing to stay in toxic cycles and I think it's a great post to remind us all how important it is to be mindful of our own intentions and actions. We all have our own lessons to learn in life, but with greater awareness we can choose to overcome negative cycles.

Next up, I saw this post from @gmuxx exploring whether or not we live in a simulated universe. Holographic Universe Theory tends to interest me and I enjoy reading different thoughts about it. Check out his post and see what you think!

I found this post from @abmakko and knew it was going to payout before my curation day. It was good enough that I felt the need to curate it and the author anyway. He discusses thoughts on a concept of emotional hibernation and I enjoyed it. If you like the post perhaps throw a vote on one of his newer posts to support him!

@colinhoward wrote this lovely post about embracing change in relationships. Personally I feel that we should always be willing to embrace change as it seems to happen with little concern to our personal opinion of it. It was interesting reading this concept tied into relationships and I enjoyed the post and the idea of mutually embracing change and growing together. What we resist persists. Perhaps you'll like his take on it as well!

My final pick for this week comes from @mixedmentalarts. They have a website and YouTube channel that discusses philosophy and psychology and in this episode they are talking with Michael Shermer. I'm glad to see them moving over to steemit and I encourage you to check out their content and see if you like their style.

Thanks for joining me this week and I appreciate everyone's time and consideration. Please help me support these authors if any of these posts interests you. Namaste.

Hi @clayboyn! Thanks so much for discovering our new Mixed Mental Arts Steemit profile, and giving us some curation love as we work on duplicating our archive of videos onto the platform. We've checked out some of the other mentions, and followed you and them accordingly.

Hey @clayboyn. I am doing the bulk of the archived video posting and promotion for the new @mixedmentalarts profile. Thanks for giving us a nice little boost. I have also followed you, and hope that you may help continue to spread the news of the movement of "Mixed Mental Arts" into the Steemit realm as we continue to build the momentum here, and get the "Mixed Mental Arts" message further out to the online public. Thanks.

For sure, I'm glad to see more content in my realm coming to steemit! :)

Excellent. I see that you are also on Twitter and I just added you to my "Steemit Promotion" Twitter list. If you happen to know, offhand, of any other "Mixed Mental Arts" fans who are also on Steemit please let me know. You can post them in the comments or send them to me via email at : [email protected] I am trying to get the "Mixed Mental Arts" crew active on Steemit, but it is so new to them that it is going to take some strategic motivation tactics. But having "Mixed Mental Arts" on Steemit is surely a good thing for the whole platform. Thanks.

Thanks for featuring my post and granting me some exposure, I appreciate that you enjoy my content :-)
