great idea ,but I have one suggestion , try to select those posts those are getting low votes because such posts authors gains very less

The new members I pick daily ( the two first shared in this post) Did not have high payout before I voted on them. So maybe this is confusing for you! I always try to pick those who need an extra boost here and there!
