Since everyone is watching these days and can analyze our every action. People are getting tired of many of the inhuman things we see these days like companies that has no way of contacting a real human. It's very alien and creepy. We do not want to talk to a bot we want a real human with thoughts and emotions so we can build up trust and relationships.
