I removed and added some users which can call regularowl to give upvotes and post owl-gifs. My main account @mathowl and some other accounts are trailing regularowl. The collective SP of the trailing accounts (multiplied by the weigths imposed by the bot) is somewhere around 300SP. To call regularowl just tag it like this @regularowl. It can be called to upvote comments and posts. The only exception here is that it will not upvote a post or comment if the user who calling it is the author of that post or comment. So it ignores self-votes.
