Hello Steemit,
this week I reached the next Level, 400+ Followers. Thank you very much!
Yesterday I wrote how I can watch different Steem Views in parallel. In the meantime I was able to add an Auto-Reload to every tab, so I have now my autonomous running Steem-DashBoard. See below half of an Hour of Action on Steemit.com compressed into 6 seconds.

On the left side all posts under https://steemit.com/cashout . These are posts in their last minutes before payout. I sometimes vote the 0-Cent posts to lift them to 1 Cent and give them some more hours till first payout. Makes fun :-)
In the tab in the middle you see all new posts from https://steemit.com/created/
And on the right side all new posts in my feed (upper right corner) and all posts with hashtag "deutsch" https://steemit.com/created/deutsch/ (lower right corner).

If you remember my last posts about curation, I was proud that I entered rank 200, 150, 125 and now finally Top 100 by total curation rewards with manuall voting (without bot).

My attitude towards curation has changed over the course of time:
- in my first month on steemit I did not care about it at all, until I noticed that you can generate some "income" with it
- when I started with curation 3-4 months ago, I only voted for stars to get high curation rewards
- some weeks later I hated this gamble of waiting for the perfect moment to vote within the crowd to get the maximum profit and make the Steemit-Stars even richer. I switched then to voting for the "noobs", and surprisingly received the same amount of curation rewards but with much less stress. But I saw the curation reward still as a kind of competition.
- In the last weeks I stopped my hunting for high curation rewards, because I caught myself with voting for Stars to get Curation Rewards again
Let's vote the Newbies
It hurts me to see how popular voting services like streemian and steemvoter have become. I also get often bot-votes, and you can take your timer to watch such green walls of notes if you have steemstats.com running to watch incoming votes.

The real problem with Bot-votes is, that new users on Steemit don't get voted, because they are unknown to the bots and are not profitable. Ok, we have now the Steem Guilds which search for new authors in different languages, we have also Curie and some other newbies-support-initiatives, which do vote manually or trigger votes manually.
In order to do more into this direction, I will now support Steemians who are in front of their first posting cashout with an author reward of 0 cents, because I think it is much more motivating for new users to get at least one cent for a post than nothing at all. You find these posts under https://steemit.com/cashout
My Voting Formulas
As I usually vote 60-100 times a day, I developed my formulas for calculating the voting power for every vote, to avoid that my complete voting power goes down to zero. The formulas are quite simple
Vote Percentage := 80 - Users Reputation (50%/50% Post)
Vote Percentage := 2 * (80 - Users Reputation) (100% Post)
So a Steemit Star with a Reputation of 74 gets a 6% Vote, while a newbie with a Reputation of 36 is voted with 44%. In case that the users posts is a 100% Power Up Post, I double my vote.
If you want to support my by voting for the Newbies, please contact me directly in Steemit.chat under https://steemit.chat/direct/twinner
My Whitelist
I also have a whitelist for supporting content that I like to see on Steemit, where I do not apply my voting formulas. Some of my favourite Shows I watch on Steemit and that I support with 100% are
- @maarnio with his Crypto Contest of the day
- @elyaques with his Daily Steem Report
- @konti with his Steemit Designs
- @shaka with his Local Gem Safari
- and some more
Steem On!

I followed a similar curation style. I have Ben away the last few months but wtbt he hard fork I have been more active lately. I like the 1centers vote philosophy
Thank you twinner. Happy to see this post.
oh damn this curation rewards done manually are awesome.
nice job man!
Learning these valuable rules of the road is fantastic - learning steemit takes time and preparedness to make mistakes! Reducing those mistakes and maximising the value of the best strategy is invaluable - thank you! You have the trifecta!
Thank you, ebryans.
Well done, congratulations.
Danke Dir!
Congratulations,@twinner!
Thank you, favorit.
Congratulations. One of the best on STEEMIT. Stephen
Thank you, Stephen.
You are very welcome. Stephen
I sometimes take the time to prune "new" for good photographers that recently arrived here, even if I don't have the SP to do them much good; resteeming can also give them a boost. More people should do that.
BTW good to see @shaka there, always high-quality posts.
Congratulation twinner.
Danke Dir!
More than happy to find myself on your whitelist :) Thanks for that.
A pleasure to resteem!
Cheers,
shaka
