Sure, it's not only him. But he's clearly a relevant factor and imo this is much considering him being a "normal" user. If he acted rationally, he'd never do anything remotely like he's doing, because as an investor himself, he does have a vested interest in getting others into investing the blockchain and broaden its base. But he seems to see this as his personal playground/dungeon.

Sometime I find him good too when he turns his head up against spammers and scammers, but you are right not all the time.
