It’s For Me To Say Goodbye To CreativeWorkhour

Today, I canceled my membership in the CWH Discord server!

I’m not going to go into detail about what has preceded this decision, but one thing is for sure: I have plenty of more important things to deal with in my life than pettiness and rejection.

I can say this, though, I was sad to find that my music was stripped from the CWH Podcast and that hit really hard for me.

I will thank the community that I have enjoyed serving as a member of and being a part of for three years. We have shared life’s various happenings: Weddings, triumphs, Victories, deaths, and just everyday life. This I will miss and much more, but now I feel it was time to go on with my life.

No, I haven’t joined any other community online, and I’m not sure I will either. But my creativity hasn’t diminished, I’m thriving in both my composing of music as well as painting and writing.

My Next Project That Isn’t Creative

I’m also taking up my political side again for the coming Church Election here in Sweden. Here I’m a candidate for VISK (Vänstern I Svenska Kyrkan), which is the left-wing alternative in the election. Locally (at Lidingö), this is the first time we’re represented. And I’m No. Four on the elect's board on that list, of four possible. It’s more of a statement than a possibility I will be elected, but it’s fun to be a more active part of the political election process again.

This Will Be The Last Thing I Publish On Hive As Well

I haven’t been especially active here, so for me to continue writing here when it has been so strongly connected to CreativeWorkhour would be counterproductive, and

I will not stand for people saying bad things about me, nor CWH.

I leave both Hive and CWH with a clear conscience, and wish them Good Luck for their future endeavor!
