Here you can see the " Kreisel Tower " that was the Townhall until the 90`s.
They closed it cause of Asbestos

It isn't a secret that more and more natives cant pay their rents becuase the goverment permets Investors to
buy ground and build Luxusappartments on it.

Now that the last election period has been finished, all promises building more payable appartments for families or singles are blown away.

Like i mentioned before, its not only that project, there are lot of more.
Its that also the prices for in the past payable flats, became more expensive - not only my district in - the whole capital city.
