Paksiw na Isda

LRM_EXPORT_20180627_061216.jpg

Hello, good morning steemit heads! I just want to share my breakfast for today. This is a paksiw na isda, I don't know the english name of this fish but in visaya, we call this Bilong-Bilong, which literally means "Bilog or Cirle". Paksiw is a cooking style in the Philippines in which we cook in vinegar. We also add some add ons, like eggplant and some veggies. This dish xan be eaten tomorrow and after tomorrow without spoiling because of the vinegar that we added. Have a great day ahead, folks!
