This evening I really enjoyed my workout in the park and I also danced a lot. I was listening to this lovely song and I decided to dance to it.

you are right, during working time we used our mind in the same kind of work days to days, leading us feel boring and tired. Dancing as just relase our body, our mind and bring us to balance mind, balance physical body, and, make us getting stronger as well. that is the funy positive benefit of dancing.
