Two years ago a girl Krista met me and asked for my help, she said "fresh please I really want to learn how to dance but I can't dance" I looked her dead in the eye and told her "You can do it, Just turn on the music and make your first move", today she is a choreographer at rainbow crew.
Here's the thing, it might not be dance. It could be any challenge, surmon courage, make the first move and your good.
