You will need to login with the same credentials like you do on https://steemit.com but you have to login instead on https://beta.steemit.com/trending/hive-118409. Once you have logged in, use the blue "New post" button. You will go to https://beta.steemit.com/submit.html?category=hive-118409. Now you can post like you normally do. You'll be able to add an extra seven tags. Don't worry, you can make an extra post with the title "Dance contest week 129" on https://beta.steemit.com/trending/hive-118409.
