With the Sibu International Base Jump Carnival, there were a hive of activities in Sibu. A wide range of activities ranging from base jumping to line dancing were held. While base jumping are for the adventurous and the line dancers are mostly middle age aunties.
There are many types of line dancing. This one is based on the traditional Chinese fan dance.
Line dancing is now a very popular activity. It is an excellent way of keeping fit and at the same time to fellowship with other dancers.
I must say that the aunties put on a good show that night. Altogether more than 100 dancers from 5 different associations took to the stage to showcase their dancing skills. These aunties certainly had a good time and they were the Dancing Queens for the night.
