I boiled 5 dandelion plants with 3 wide leaf rib grass plants and 3 curly dock plants. Whole plants root and all, then let them steep for 3 hours and poured​ off 80 liquid ounces of tea. Then I​ put the boiled plants in rice with lemon and that was a nice little bowl of chow that will never get put into the recipe book I will probably never write. 1452660425856.jpg

Maybe your collection of steemit blogs will be your recipe book! Thanks for sharing. It'd be interesting to know what benefits that tea gives, against inflammation etc.
