Week thirty one quest post: liberate of the Shrubs (part two)

@stever82 is signaling to the rest of the colonists to take aim and kill the guard Quickly. arrows from @hhayweaver , @stever82 and a Dark Missile from @methus.@stever82 bear cub is runing farverd biting one of them in the leg before returning to stever82 the two gurads are dead. @methus is following up and sending two more Dark Missile on the remaining snake clan warrior.

the two workers sees there oppressiors dies in front of them. they start moving farvard but they are tied up. they understand the colonists are here to help them....FREE US WE CAN HELP..from behind the big building two Snake clan archer is moving in the position to kill the fleeing workers but they see @hhayweaver and shooting the bigger threat the first arrow missing him but the next three do not. hhayweaver is unconscious on the ground. Paige can just see one of the, around the corner of the building.

and snake clan warrior get hits by two dark missile..WE ARE UNDER ATTACK. he is rising his spear and ruing at @stever82 the spear misses he then draws his sword it hit. out from the small building a small but big boned snake clan warrior coming out he has a large Shield and full face iron helmet and a iron chest plate. the rest is hide armor. he moving farvartd. he has a wolf on a chane he lets go of the wolf. the two of them are joining the attack

no sneak attack

to free the two workers it take one turn but you need to move to where they are

The wolf falls to my sword and I see the chief look at me with a smile I don’t like. I look back at @hhayweaver who drew the fire of the archers and look at the potions in my belt. But also see @methus next to him do I return or go forward I will give them a moment to react.

@hhayweaver is up and kicking after paige healed him the archer in b6 is dead.

As I see Paige jump into action I am happy to see @hhayweaver jump up I look at the might chief and charge into battle with my sword @rolld20

00c double turn from paige

Paige fires and misses twice before finally connecting with the enemy archer in B6 (1/3, 3 dam).
H.H. Weaver goes down, and she scoops a potion of their belt and let's them drink in the delicious life giving nectar.

Two more arrows slam into B6 archer (6 dam), rendering him useless, and very dead.

By the time Paige lines up and hits with her first shot (1/3), entrepid colonist H.H. Weaver has fallen in combat. Paige spies some potions on his belt, and she kneels down and feeds him one.

'This battle is not over yet friend!' she says to him, as he comes to his senses.

They are surrounded by enemies, the situation looks dire.

She stands up, fire in her eye and continues to shoot at B6 archer bandit! (+13) @rolld20

I'm back on my feet thanks to Paige. As I look around to assess the situation I see one archer is dead and the other is taking aim. There is also a new menace on the field an Iron Clad beast and his wolf. Then I notice the two workers calling for help. i decide the best coarse of action is to get out of range of the archer and see if I can help the prisoners.
Acton 1: Move up to the corner of the large building in G8.
Action 2: Free the prisoners.

For my final action I take aim at the iron clad chief. (I hope he does not turn his attention my way ;)
Action 3: Shoot SCC @rolld20

Damn missed, the arrow flies just behind his head.

Since @hhayweaver is up, I think my best plan is to stick with ranged attacks and use dark heal once the big man is closer.

Action 1: fireball centered at I7. @rolld20

Summary: 2 hits for 14 damage to the Snake Clan Chief.

OOC: @norwegianbikeman Not sure if you want to get to this level of detail, but if this guy is in a full body metal suit, fireballs would probably hurt more than just his armor. There's still just a person in there with 4 HP, and he's getting cooked alive in his armor. But for ease of mechanics, you may want to just keep damage as damage, regardless of circumstances.

OOC killed the warrior that was hurt and wolf. Saving last move for now.

My final strike hits the chief and I can tell he is impressed by how hard my sword hit him but that smile is still there even after my cub bites at him. This fight isn’t over and I brace for what is to come.
