As I sit here, I am continuously hearing the "ca-ching!" of a cash register as Dash climbs to record highs!
Currently as I write this, Dash sits at $409 USD and counting. With a market cap over 3 billion, there's no doubt that Dash is showing itself once again to be one of the greatest crypto competitors!
We saw a great climb to nearly $230 USD in June and of course following the massive correction most cryptocurrencies faced around the middle of June, we saw quite the drop. But as always, may the best win! Dash has made an epic climb, sitting around $300 USD for most of the last week and now blowing through the roof to all time highs once again, above $400!
So my question to all my amazing Steemit followers is,
- Where do you see it going next?
And
- Will Dash hit $1000 USD this year as so many have been predicting?
I have to admit, I'm pretty happy I pulled everything out of Ethereum a month ago and put it into Bitcoin, Dash and EOS. Not to say other cryptocurrencies aren't worth it, but I like to gamble a little and I felt like those three (and of course STEEM) were the best bets. Can't say I'm disappointed at all!

I think for the short time it may rise further, but for long term investors it doesn't make sense to invest in it now, just after Bitcoin got Segwit implemented. Segwit will enable 2nd layers over the Bitcoin blockchain.
This means that instant, very cheap payments and anonymity will soon be added to the Bitcoin network, while the security and the network effect is WAY bigger than any other coin.
I think the fast, cheap and anonymous coins will be the first altcoins to be made absolute by Bitcoin. The current rise could be the last pump.
Hey bud its Aaron Kesel look into Revain, Utrust and BQX and ETH is going to hard fork in the next few months defintely get a stake into ETH. Honestly I don't see Dash being widely adopted and I think this is a pump and dump but I could be wrong and just missing the big news that caused Dash to pump up to $400. Peace and Love brother. haha I'm glad you have Dash, Josh! I was never a fan. They do have an amazing platform and it's really fast, but I can't see it reaching mainstream adoption either. But you never know, they're great at marketing. Like the 10,000 Dash prize for tonight's fight.. yes please!
