Well Elections in Jamaica came and went and so did Sunday but dash out I must. 
For people who imbibe in the fermented vines , soup is a wonderful fix for the after effects of you ever over indulge but you must your best not to.
I grabbed some lemon grass, a lime leaf , some potatoes, peppers , a whole head of garlic , some herbs and at the end a ready pack of udon and some soup mix .
It did it’s work and I’m good to go. I also whipped up some fried rice and for dinner see below. However , I was later told some of the dinner came ready cooked - 🤷🏿♂️. 
To round off the evening I brought out the juicer- 🍍 , ginger , 🥒 , 🍐, 🍏, 🍊, 🍇 all came to the party and left crushed and consumed.

😂 no sah - haffi mix up di vegetables wid di fruits from now on. Cucumber and ginger bad yuh see! But it seems to be a laxative as well 😂. Pineapples not too expensive now - grab anything cheap or reasonably cheap and juice away.
