in a scientific document of which the questioner became aware, an authoritative analysis was carried out in which the author denounced the discovery of graphene in a suspension sample in water of the Comirnaty vaccine against the COVID-19 virus of the lot PAA165994 .LOT. The sample was processed as follows:

dilution in 0.9 per cent sterile physiological solution (0.45 ml + 1.2 ml);
fractionation by polarity: 1.2 ml of hexane + 120 ul of RDI sample;
extraction of the hydrophilic phase;
extraction and quantification of the RNA in the sample;
electron and optical microscopy of the aqueous phase;

for the preliminary analysis, extraction and quantification of RNA in the sample, we proceeded with the Invitrogen ™ PureLink ™ RNAMini Kit, the NanoDrop ™ 2000 / 2000c spectrophotometer and the Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer. The spectrum revealed the presence of a high amount of substances or substances other than RNA with maximum absorption in the same region, with an estimated total of 747 ng / ul. Reduced graphene oxide (RGO) has absorption maxima at 270 nm, compatible with the spectrum obtained by Thema et al, 2013. Journal of Chemistry ID 150536. The minimum amount of RNA detected by QUBIT2.0 explains only one residual percentage of total UV absorption of the sample;

with a JEM-2100 Plus electron microscope magnification the same region of the enlarged specimen shows a sheet-like structure showing an intricate matrix of long-range folds. The invention provides the nano adjuvant using oxidized nano graphene as a support which facilitates the prolonged release of the medicine, effectively prolongs the effect of the medicine, prevents immune tolerance, greatly improves the immune effects and prolongs the reaction time;

on March 11, 2021, the patent KR20210028065A was filed concerning an injectable solution, physiological saline of glucose and a Ringer's solution with a vaccine against the coronavirus intended for the prevention of various diseases including MERS, SARS and Corona. Graphene powder with a size of 0.2 nm or less is dispersed in a medium used as a solution for injection, Ringer's solution, physiological saline and glucose solution used in conventional hospitals and used as a therapeutic agent. Ringer's solution in which the graphene powder is dispersed is injected into the human body where the virus has penetrated, and when the virus and graphene powder meet, the graphene powder and the virus are attracted to each other. other than a nano-cohesive force and they stick to each other. They can also synthetically create exons-only strands of nucleotides known as complementary DNA (cDNA). cDNA contains only the exons that occur in DNA, omitting the intervening introns.

Respondent Myriad Genetics, Inc. (Myriad), obtained several patents after discovering the precise location and sequence of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, mutations of which can dramatically increase the risk of breast and ovarian cancer.

This knowledge allowed Myriad to determine the genes’ typical nucleotide sequence, which, in
turn, enabled it to develop medical tests useful for detecting mutations in these genes in a particular patient to assess the patient’s cancer risk. If valid, Myriad’s patents would give it the exclusive right to isolate an individual’s BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes, and would give Myriad the exclusive right to synthetically create BRCA cDNA.

Petitioners filed suit, seeking a declaration that Myriad’s patents are invalid under 35 U. S. C. §101. As relevant here, the District Court granted summary judgment to petitioners, concluding that Myriad’s claims were invalid because they covered products of nature. The Federal Circuit initially reversed, but on remand in light of Mayo Collaborative Services v. Prometheus Laboratories, Inc., 566 U.
