If you don't know how to create a data base,will you choose the right blog, because on this blog will help you to create a simple data base.
So first what is data base?
Data base in my understanding, it is a set of information Wich we can generate reports, create form's and many more ,data base is very important especially to those who have a business ,because they communicate information related to your sales transactions, product inventory, customer profiles and marketing activities.In a simple words database is the soul of access ,and without data base, access can't do anything.
According to my research ,MySQL,PostgreSQ ,MS SQL Server are the most popular Data base in 2019.
There are many ways in creating a database.
First step in creating a data base
(Simply go to the file tab, and under the file tab, select new ,and select blank database)
(Go to table ,but let me explain ,how important table in data base , so table are basically a place where you can enter a new information.)
(Create a simple data base ,you need to go to VIEW TAB and under the view tab is a DESIGN VIEW.)
(You can see a "save us" words then you need to name it , after that click ok)
(Then you can see "Field name/ Data type/and Discription". Assign a "primary key" so that it will no duplication in the world you been typing.
Assign a primary key ,simply right click.)
( Start typing your form's, it depends on what the form's you creating.)
(If you want to put another text in data type , like for example Yes/No, just go to a "lookup wizard", then type the world you want ,and click the finish.)
( After you finish got to "data sheet view" and click yes )
(And this is the last step, you can now type, the form you want to create, then ,save it to your file.)
