Airtable is a very flexible and user friendly spreadsheet/task-management/ database program, which is available for free in its basic format. I have found it quire useful for managing a small but complicated multi-person project, where large amounts of information and documents needed to be shareable and alterable by multiple project users.

It can be used for simple to do lists and to easily set up simple tables for list tracking. The program can be used as simple spreadsheets but you can also build complex systems with it. It won't totally get rid of the need for programming skills for certain complex projects, but it is a step in the right direction. Simple programming tools in the form factor of a spreadsheet.

It may not be the best program for highly complex projects, however .My guess is if the team is large and the work is complicated you’d be better off using something built for complicated projects. Asana and Trello are what many people seem to be gravitating towards right now.
We have used Trello at work recently..its ok
They are moving us now to power BI which seems pretty good for data sorting etc

That seems like a handy program for organisation. Its nice that the basic model is free. That makes it easy to test it out and see if it would be useful. I'll have to check it out.
I am definitely going to have to check this out. As manager of my department I typically have many projects going on at the same time. I can see how this would be beneficial to help me keep things organized.
