I was pleasantly surprised to read DBuzz’s latest post, which you can also check out here:

From what I understand, the app has undergone a major overhaul, from the backend to the frontend, and these are all fantastic improvements in my opinion. I actually tested the app myself, and I’m quite amazed because it feels like a brand-new experience. It’s definitely faster in every way, browsing, image uploading, and posting. I’m not sure how the team managed to pull it off, but it already feels ready to deliver a smooth social media experience.
What impressed me the most is the image upload speed. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m an early tester, but it only took a few seconds to upload an HD image from my phone, which is awesome! I’m sure Hive users will notice the difference once they try it out too.
So, I encourage everyone to give DBuzz a try and post something nice, about yourself, your day, or anything you’d like to share with the Hive community.

Now, let me share some of my thoughts about DBuzz, what I think is great, and what could still be improved.
First, it’s great that DBuzz posts have an automatic reward limit of 1 HBD. I think that’s a smart way to prevent accidentally over-rewarding short-form content. Of course, the community might have different opinions on the reward cap, but personally, I think $1 is reasonable, especially considering Hive’s current price. A $1 reward equals around 7 Hive right now. With the 50/50 reward split, earning 3.5 Hive for short-form content is already quite nice! 😂
Just imagine if Hive’s price goes back up to $1, that would mean earning $3.50 for a quick post, which is enough for a cup of coffee. It’s all about perspective, but that’s how I see it, so bear with my logic!
Next, I’d like to make a suggestion to the DBuzz developers: it would be great if DBuzz posts appeared in the comments section instead of the main posts feed, similar to how Snaps and Waves are handled. Personally, I post a lot of short-form content, and it would help keep my main posts section neat and organized.
For now, I’m using an alt account @maxbuzz for my DBuzz posts to keep things tidy. I’m not sure how feasible my suggestion is, but if it takes time to implement, I’m perfectly fine continuing to use an alt account for now. That setup works for me too.
Overall, I’m really happy to see DBuzz making such a strong comeback with major improvements that make the platform faster and more enjoyable to use. It feels like the team is truly listening to the community and continuously pushing to make Hive’s short-form experience better. I’m excited to see how more users will embrace DBuzz and bring fresh energy into the Hive ecosystem. Let’s keep supporting the project, sharing our thoughts, and buzzing together toward an even better social experience!

Your suggestion is the same reason why I only used my alt account for dbuzz back then... I didn't want to see short posts in my main account, but there were times when i just wanted to share a picture or two. I'll check it again using my alt account. Thanks for sharing!!! 😁✨

It’s great to see DBuzz back and better than before.The faster speed and improved image uploads will make posting a lot more fun. I hope more people in the community start using it again. Looking forward to seeing what new updates come next.
