What is a @boycharliefamily SIM token grant?
Last week the collective opened applications for a grant program that supports smaller players and cities.SIM token grants are awarded to players of the @dcitygame by the @boycharliefamily DCity collective. The BoyCharlieFamily DCity Collective is awarding 1,000 SIM to any applicants on the initial grant posting. Consider it a small SIM token faucet for the noobs of the platform. We will continue to make programs like this to meet and discuss with newer players. Many small cities wish to do more but don't necessarily have the funding. That's where our group is creating opportunities for players

Because very few applicants reported the state of their city in the comments we will award 3333 SIM tokens to 3 Applicants. jfang003: I am unsure what to buy yet. I was planning to go back to Dcity and fix up my city but when I saw the high taxes, I gave up. This is what my city has look as for the past 1-2 months so I don't mind getting suggestions on what I should get.
@jfang003 is only carrying an Apartment and two Ad Agencies. I recommend that he purchase or mint some new businesses using the 3333 SIM we gave in order to increase SIM production. Get the city to the point where you can mint new business NFT's! Everyone's goal for the game are different and the marketing team in these two Ad Agencies are pulling all the weight for your city. They need back up for these crazy tax seasons haha.

@crrdlx has diverse citizenship with Immigrants, Worker, and Workers' cards. With two Job Centers, they can expect some more Citizen training. but that low 6 SIM income especially with the current climate of taxes means it is a while till they can use SIM to mint. Purchasing a few

@wanderingmoon: Here is a screenshot of my dcity along with my request for the 1000 sim grant. My goal is to reach over 8000 sim so that I have some to spend on improvements without going under 8000.
Out of the three applicants, this city is developing. In a few days, they are able to mint a new card which is good! A bit of a high crime rate could possibly affect their income BUT without the Bank, Casino, or Shopping Mall Cards there is actually no reason to worry. Use the SIM to purchase some more Police Stations and Gyms to lower that crime rate before you expand more of your population(homeless and immigrant population specifically as they increase crime rate more).
