hahaha yeah... dept is good vs taxes in most western tax systems, but that should mean, you as a city manager will get fewer taxes if your citizens have dept. To assume the other way around is kind of a mental stretch.

That’s good2 understand, so what’s best mixing or gambling by paying all the dept?
