Hello, everyone @oscarorange here. My goal today is to inform everyone of the @boycharliefamily gaming club community's roleplay called the @dcitycollective. This creative project offers a fun entrance into @dcitygame for @boycharliefamily gaming club community members.
This branch of the organization hopes to provide a worthwhile system of information and rewards to support further interest in @dcitygame and the hive blockchain. @boycharlieplays media management, and the @onestrong community program manage the @dcitycollective story, ecosystem, and operation. These organizations fully utilize each account's ability to earn, save, and manage rewards on the Hive blockchain through Author, Curation, and Play to Earn Gaming.
These organizations operate this roleplay like a business and keep full transparency of decisions and actions by reporting and providing transactions on the blockchain that benefit their communities in various ways. Ultimately the @dcitycollective wants to ensure the longevity of creative projects similar to this roleplay existing for other interested creative organizations in Western Massachusetts with accurate world use cases like this on the Hive blockchain. The @dcitycollective account is the wallet used for various uses for the organization.
- The wallet pays its officers a salary in Hive-Engine tokens.

Our @dcitycollective members are in charge of powering down any earned Hive Power to give back to the @dcitycollective. What do officers do with this OST?
The OST salaries are a new part of the roleplay for @dcitycollective. Officer accounts are beginning to get paid for their actions in the community. Each collective officer account (@boycharlieplays, @oscarorange, @johnpach, @billmaynard) are participants who receive this token and are responsible for their respective amounts to stimulate the economy in their way.

This creative project helps the OST token's value increase by providing five permanent positions that hold, sell, and purchase OST in the market over time.
This use of the One Strong Token provides further stability for the program to host youth and teen scholarship tokens to its One Strong Community Program members.

How does this help @onestrong?
This experimental role play emulates an experimental use of the Hive-Engine token use case and keeps liquidity access to SWAP.HIVE for the members of the community. Community members are encouraged to create purchase orders for the OST.
Liquid Hive, HBD, and Hive Power
The account's goal is not to use liquid Hive on initial earnings.
Any liquid Hive gained should go through a process of being Powered Up(saved to the Hive account). These tokens will be kept in the account to utilize for Curation until they are activated upon a "Power Down." Then the liquid tokens would be held to the action of the 13 Week Process of Withdraw.
The wallet has been given well over 99,952 SIM to raise its SIM POWER. Having SIM POWER allows the account to have a voice in governance in @dcitygame and to receive Hive rewards from the @dcityrewards account.
Currently, the @dcitycollective account has 99.952 SIM POWER, holding its current donated amount for a fixed period.
What will @oscarorange do with the salary?
Well, here are the things #dcity community. As someone who looks at the data immediately amongst the other community members, I'm holding my OST for now. I'm considering what the larger @boycharliefamily account will want to start buying back at 0.04, and I can always wait until @onestrongfund gets some more funding to buy back at 0.05, this is never guaranteed all the time, though at this time, until the interns vote it into the system.
