This video is about my practice of meditation walking in the streets of Paris, and for you today, I borrowed a woman's voice ;) I have always loved walking in Paris. I arrived in this city almost ten years ago and I would have lived in many different neighborhoods, in the northern or southern part of the capital. I already liked walking, but this desire was multiplied tenfold in the streets of Paris. I like to get lost trying to go to a specific place, not find my way, travel unknown routes, find my way back, then lose it again. It is also what allows me to renew, increase and modify my future art creations internally. Today, I was walking in the district on the left bank of the Seine, a district in which I have never lived and which is a little far from home ! You will be able to recognize, among other things, the Jardin du Luxembourg, a real park in which you feel like a king or a bourgeois of the past times! But also part of the banks of the Seine with the Court House and the silhouette of Notre-Dame Cathedral. And finally in the final part, the Place de la République and many unknown streets where architecture caught my eye.

Cette vidéo est à propos de ma pratique de la marche méditative dans les rues de Paris et pour vous aujourd'hui, j'ai emprunté la voix d'une femme ;) J’ai toujours aimé marcher dans Paris. Je suis arrivé dans cette ville il y a bientôt dix ans et j’aurais habité dans de nombreux et différents quartiers, dans la partie Nord ou bien sud de la capitale. J’aimais déjà marcher, mais cette envie a été décuplée dans les rues parisiennes. J’aime me perdre en essayant d’aller à un endroit précis, ne pas trouver ma route, parcourir des itinéraires inconnus, retrouver son chemin, puis le perdre à nouveau. C’est aussi cela qui me permet de renouveler, d’augmenter et de modifier intérieurement mes futures créations. Aujourd’hui, je me promenais dans le quartier de la rive gauche de la Seine, quartier dans lequel je n’ai jamais vécu et qui est un peu à l’opposé de chez moi ! Vous pourrez reconnaître entre autres, le jardin du Luxembourg, véritable parc dans lequel on se sent comme un roi ou bien un bourgeois des temps révolus ! Mais aussi une partie des quais de Seine avec le Palais de justice et la silhouette de la cathédrale de Notre-Dame. Et enfin dans la partie finale, la place de la République et bien des rues inconnues où l’architecture a capté mon regard.
