Steemians... Creators... DTubers... can you lend me your advice?
I’m really struggling to find a reliable, simple, and affordable means of finding great MUSIC for my content and various projects...
I’ve searched around a bit and have found a few sources… just paralyzed by the options. I would just like to know what you all seem to have the best results with... seeking recommendations and a brief reason or 2 why you recommend a source... Thanks in advance!
I don’t mind spending a bit... just not a ton... here are my parameters:
- Ease of use - I just want use an iPhone and iMovie... I have access to a bunch of cloud storage
- No licensure entanglements... (again… I don’t mind paying a bit, because artists need to be rewarded for their work and their talent)
- Not a bank - breaker

Hey there! We all out there use epidemicsound.com it has great variety of music! Everything you head on youtube nowadays in vlogs, cinematics etc is from there! Its 15$ a month but well, well worth it! Check it out they have 1 month free trial so you can just try it but you’ll love it for sure!

Thx- so... do you know if I can use iOS/file system or google drive to store the songs for inclusion in the videos? iOS is weird, of course
Hmmm @greencross might know?

You might check out http://dig.ccmixter.org/film as they have some free music.

Thx - I’m hoping to see about doing it w/o a laptop... think that’s workable?
Don't know as I've never tried it on iOS to see if/how it would work. I would think the challenge would be downloading and saving the music unless some of them have the ability to save to icloud.
I’m still checking into it… It’s looking like dropbox might be the solution…? Sigh

Sup Jerry,
if you mean music to use on the videos I generally get my sound tracks from the youtube audio library, they also have sound effects. They are all free to use, just some of them require credits to the author.

Thx!
