amazing, now if the retention you get is experienced system wide, we would be rocking. I believe the solution exists in getting core code changed along with a culture change... I think both must happen.

We've offered out the system to a few places, but they prefer the Curation over the Engagement for now.
Maybe it will change a UA grows.
Totally agree, it's a hell of a lot of work doing this, and only covering a small % of accounts.
