Becoming President via the American Electoral Process is a legitimate means by which to assume control and authority over lands and resources.
In democratic countries no one can assume control & authority over lands and resources. The power shall be distributed between several authorities. The above paragraph sounds more like Patriarchalism. Either you meant something else or you believe that USA is turning to be patriarchy.
I am referencing the Adam Kokesh for President 2020 campaign platform which proposes the issue of an “executive order” which would render Mr. Kokesh and his cabinet of “custodians” “temporary owners” of these resources.

The campaign, for radical change can't come through holding a public position even the position of the presidency. You need to change people mindsets to the point that people themselves do the change. The government reflects people priorities in both negative and positive ways. Lasting change come only from the base of the hierarchy not its top.
